Aryan Mashid, O.D., is a Northern Virginia native and optometrist who cares for patients at The Eye Center's Fairfax and Alexandria offices. She earned her bachelor's degree in health sciences from James Madison University and her Doctor of Optometry from the Inter American University of Puerto Rico, and she maintains a special interest in the treatment and management of ocular disease. Having grown up in Arlington, she brings a personal, hometown commitment to every patient's eye health.

Dr. Mashid provides comprehensive eye examinations, contact lens care, and surgical co-management, and she maintains a special interest in the treatment and management of ocular disease. She has completed the licensing requirements and certification to practice optometry in the Commonwealth of Virginia, where she holds an active Optometrist–TPA Certified license. Dr. Mashid is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the Virginia Optometric Association, and the Northern Virginia Optometric Society. Her approach centers on taking each patient seriously and helping them understand their eye health and their options, whether they are in for a routine exam or managing a more serious condition.
