Dr. Alvin Siv is an optometrist and lifelong Northern Virginia native who provides comprehensive, compassionate eye care, including ocular disease management, contact lens fittings, pediatric eye care, and pre- and post-operative care for surgical patients. He earned his Bachelor of Science in Biology from Virginia Tech and his Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University, completing clinical externships in primary eye care, ocular disease management, and pediatric eye care.

Born and raised in Fairfax County, Dr. Siv is a long-time Northern Virginia native who began his education with a Bachelor of Science in Biology at Virginia Tech. He went on to earn his Doctor of Optometry from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry at Salus University in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. During his optometric training, he completed clinical externships in primary eye care, the management of ocular disease, and pediatric eye care, building a well-rounded foundation across the conditions seen in everyday optometric practice.

Dr. Siv strives to serve his community by providing compassionate eye care to every patient, including ocular disease management, contact lens fittings, and pre- and post-operative surgical care. He is an active member of the American Optometric Association, the Virginia Optometric Association, and the Northern Virginia Optometric Society. Outside of the office, he enjoys spending time with his wife and children and is an avid guitar player and photographer.
